Baby Boomer in Spray Orchid Neon by Slowianka Nail Trends is an intense, neon pink with a hint of purple, ideal for expressive and energetic styling. Very finely ground, strongly pigmented powder created for application to an uncured layer of the product. Ideal for obtaining expressive, smooth colour transitions without streaks. The product is odourless and safe - its particles do not float in the air, which increases the comfort of work. Placed in an innovative container with an airbrush-style sprayer, it guarantees precise and convenient application. Requires curing after application.
We start the baby boomer styling by preparing the natural nail plate - it should be developed and reinforced with a flesh-coloured hybrid base or build a structure using a cover gel. The next step is to mattify the surface and thoroughly remove dust.
Tip: To obtain the perfect effect using a spray, it is worth reaching for light shades of cover bases or building gels.
On the nails prepared in this way, we apply a thin layer of hybrid varnish from the LipGloss collection by Slowianka Nail Trends - these are semi-transparent products in natural, nude shades. The colour should match the base product used earlier, and its application near the cuticles should be very precise to obtain a clean outline.
When applying the spray, tilt the client's finger slightly back and place it at a 45° angle to the table surface. Start spraying from the tip of the nail, from a distance of 15–20 cm, which allows you to control both the saturation and dispersion of the colour.
Good practice: Start from a greater distance and spray the spray on the middle part of the nail to create a delicate colour transition. Then gradually bring the spray closer to the free edge to enhance the effect. The spray itself remains stationary - it is the client's finger that is moved to distribute the pigment evenly.
Once we have achieved the intended ombré effect, wait about 4 seconds for the powder to bond with the wet layer, then cure the design in the lamp for 30 seconds.
Two ways to finish the styling:
• For a more subtle effect: After dusting, apply a thin layer of the same LipGloss color to the entire nail and cure. Then apply a top coat, also cure, and work on the front with a 240 file and a buffing block. Finish the styling by applying Serum Silk Repair to the cuticles.
• For a stronger effect: After dusting, go straight to applying the top coat and cure it according to the recommendations. Work on the front of the nail from the bottom with a 240 file, and finish with Cuticle Oil from Slowianka Nail Trends.
