Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer (excluding the carrier).
2. Return Policy
To qualify for a return, the product must:
be unused,
be undamaged,
be in its original packaging,
be complete,
be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
3. Exceptions to the Right of Return
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
custom-made goods,
perishable goods,
goods sealed for hygienic reasons that were opened after delivery (e.g., cosmetics, personal care products),
goods that by their nature cannot be returned,
gift cards.
These exceptions apply in accordance with Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code.

Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the return status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that payment processing by your bank or payment system may take additional time.
7. Damaged or Mis-shipped Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, defective, or received in error, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
