The Velvet Top Coat is a smooth, velvety, matte top. It should be applied in a thicker layer, in order to avoid smudges. It is used for all types of nail plate - natural and gel. To prevent the preparation from electrifying, wipe the surface of the top with an acetone-free remover. An interesting effect is achieved by applying Velvet Top Coat to chosen nails and a glossy top coat to the rest.
Top Coat with a creamy consistency, has a low viscosity, therefore it spreads very well on the nail. When cured, it has a perfect 100% matte appearance, it does not shine during usage for up to 5 weeks.
It fits perfectly with avariety of colors. It is also often used as a background for Babyboomer, Ombre and others.
