Poly Base – universal hybrid base for strengthening natural nails

Poly Base is a highly universal hybrid base created for nail stylists who expect the perfect combination of durability, flexibility and working comfort. The product is ideal for hybrid manicure performed on the natural nail plate, especially when the nails are thin, brittle, weakened or tend to bend.

The properly balanced ratio of hardness and flexibility allows Poly Base to effectively stiffen the free edge of the nail, reducing bending and the risk of breakage. At the same time, it maintains cushioning properties, thanks to which it works together with the natural nail plate. This balance helps minimise the risk of air pockets both near the cuticle area and at the free edge.

The product works perfectly not only as a strengthening base for hybrid manicure. It can also be used as a thin rubbed-in layer under builder gels, acrygels and Fiber Gel systems. This makes it a universal element of salon work and suitable for many nail styling techniques.

Poly Base has a medium-thick consistency that self-levels beautifully and allows for fast and comfortable application. The product does not run rapidly into the cuticles, yet it spreads easily over the nail surface, significantly improving the stylist’s work.

A unique feature of this base is its delicate, approximately 10-percent coverage. The shade has been selected to harmonise with the natural colour of the nail plate. As a result, the product remains practically transparent while creating a subtle veil of colour that improves visibility during application. In practice, this means greater control over the product, easier application and a lower risk of flooding the cuticles compared to fully transparent bases.

Poly Base has been developed in a HEMA FREE and DI-HEMA FREE formula. These ingredients have been replaced with a modern raw material containing as much as 76% plant-derived components.

For maximum adhesion and durability of the styling, we recommend using the product together with Nail Prep as a dehydrator and Ultra Bond. A nail plate prepared in this way provides optimal conditions for a long-lasting hybrid manicure and the next stages of styling
