Sprinkle decorative powder on two layers of hybrid, coated with No Wipe Top Coat and dry under a lamp for 90 seconds. After storing the excess powder, using the Art Organizer from Slowianka Nail Trends, cure the nail styling surface for 10 seconds under a lamp.
