  1. Prepare the nail surface – apply Velvet Top, cure, and cleanse with a cleaner.

  1. The product dries almost instantly – secure immediately with a top coat after decorating. 

  1. Cure the top coat according to the manufacturer’s instructions. 

  1. Close the bottle tightly after use to prevent evaporation.
