Programs:

The chin and neck firming device has three exercise programs. You will achieve the best results by changing the programs every day.

Firming program: Muscle contraction lasts for 2 seconds, followed by a 3-second pause.

Extended Firming Program: Extended muscle contraction lasts 9 seconds, followed by a 3-second pause.

Toning Program: Pulsating massage action lasts for 5 seconds, followed by a 3-second pause.
