Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel is the first step in the system for creating fuller, more impressive eyebrows and expressive eyelashes.

Black-brown shade - for almost black and intense results that give your face a distinctive style.

This shade harmonizes with black hair or is suitable for creating contrasting eyebrows.

Application:

Tinting eyelashes: Apply RefectoCil silicone pads or RefectoCil Eye Care Pads - protective and intensely nourishing pads with vitamin E and hyaluronic acid.
Optionally apply RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Intensifying Primer in Strong or Medium to the eyebrows only - leave on for 4 minutes and remove the residue with a dry cotton pad.
Apply Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel – leave on for 2 minutes and remove the residue with a dry cotton pad.
Apply Intense Brow[n]s Activator Gel – leave on for 1 minute and remove the residue with a damp cotton pad – done!
Important information:

Never mix Primer, Base Gel and Activator Gel together!
Use only in combination with RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Activator Gel!
