Based on the Fitzpatrick Scale of skin tone, the Tones of Perma Blend series takes a 360-degree approach to colour and has been designed to take the guess work out of choosing a colour for your client.

Tones of Perma Blend Set 2 is designed for use with clients who have a Fitzpatrick 3-4 skin type.
