Instructions for use:
Preparation:
Place the pillow in a container with cold water.
Heat the water to a temperature of approx. 80 °C and turn off the heating.
Leave the pillow in the water bath for another 5-10 minutes to heat evenly.
Warning: The water must not boil!
Application:
Remove the cushion from the water, dry it and place it in the enclosed fabric bag.
Place the cushion on the kidney area or lumbar spine.
Cover with a towel and leave for approximately 20-40 minutes, as long as the feeling of warmth lasts.
Important information:
Heating: Do not use a microwave oven to heat the cushion to avoid damaging it.
