Disposable peat wrap is a popular heat therapy tool that helps relieve muscle tension, detoxify the body and relax overall. Indications:

Increased local blood circulation.
Contraindications:
Pregnancy (especially when applied along the spine).
Feverish conditions, swelling and bleeding.
Hypersensitivity to heat, decompensated cardiac diseases.
Open skin wounds.
Instructions for use:
Heat the reusable heat carrier in a water bath at a temperature of 55–65 °C for 25–50 minutes (depending on size). Never boil!
Place the wrap on the heat carrier with the impermeable side and let it heat for 3 minutes to avoid thermal shock.
Place the wrap with the permeable side on the affected area. Place the heat carrier on the impermeable part again.
Leave it on for 20 minutes (or as recommended by your doctor).
After the procedure, throw away the wrap, wipe the skin with a damp cloth and save the heat carrier for further use.
💡 Recommended frequency: 1x daily for 10 days.

Ecological disposal:
The used wrap can be processed ecologically: separate the fleece from the foil, use the peat as soil for flowers or compost and throw the package in the trash.
Storage and shelf life:
Store in a closed PE bag at a temperature of +5 to +25 °C away from direct sunlight.
Once opened, use within 5 days and prevent drying out.
The expiration date is indicated on the package.
