Pasta Gels is a line of nail art gels designed for stylists who demand complete control over their product and exceptional pigment quality. Characterized by strong color saturation, a creamy, even consistency, and high stability, they are perfect for precise painting techniques—such as one stroke, zhostovo, and microblending—as well as delicate ombre and baby boomer shading.
The Jet Black shade is an intense, deep black with exceptional depth and purity. It gives designs a distinctive, elegant character and perfectly highlights every detail, creating strong, striking accents in both minimalist and artistic designs.
The collection includes eight intense, flexible colors that can be freely combined, creating
The product has a creamy, slightly thickening consistency that works perfectly with the brush and allows for precise control of every stroke. Thanks to its medium viscosity, the gel stays exactly where applied—it doesn't spread or even out on its own—allowing you to create defined lines and soft, fluid shading, even with the most complex designs.
Full curing takes about 3 minutes. The product has a disappearing inhibition layer, making it easier to move on to the next steps of your styling. For One Stroke techniques, 30–60 seconds of curing is sufficient for the previous layer, but it is essential to fully cure the gel before applying the top coat.
Pasta Gels should be stored in a tightly closed container, away from UV/LED light sources. Slowianka 48–54W LED lamps are best for curing.
It's worth remembering that Pasta Gels are designed for thin, precise artistic layers and are not suitable for building convex elements.
For best results, apply the product in a very thin layer – this ensures a perfectly smooth surface, free of ridges, and allows for maximum control over each design element.
Before beginning, thoroughly clean your brushes with Brush Cleaner to ensure the bristles are flexible and ready for precise movements.
Then transfer a small amount of Pasta Gels to the metallic case; if necessary, the colors can be easily blended using the Silicon Brush to create new shades. Before painting, it's important to properly prepare the nail or tip surface. A matte, smooth base coat using Top Velvet or a 260 block is best. Alternatively, you can work on the slightly sticky inhibition layer left by Slowianka base coats and polishes, as it improves gel adhesion.
After preparing the base coat, you can begin applying the nail art. Cure each thin layer for 30–60 seconds, and then cure the entire design for a full 3 minutes.
Also, monitor the lamp's power—if its power decreases, you may need to extend the curing time. It's best to work with a 48–54W LED lamp.
When the nail art is ready, seal it with your chosen top coat and cure it as well.
After finishing, brush if the case is not properly cleaned, it should be cleaned again with Brush Cleaner and properly closed to prevent the bristles from drying out.
The metallic case containing the polishes should also be carefully closed to protect the product from dust and maintain its proper consistency for the next session.
The Baby Boomer effect is performed in the same way as with Artery products, and detailed instructions are available in the attached video.
