Noemi Lash & Brow Dye are hybrid eyebrow and eyelash dyes that color, nourish and stimulate hair growth. They do not darken eyebrows because they lighten the natural color of the hairs by 1-2 shades before the chemical pigment penetrates. They are also suitable after lamination. They last about 8 days on the skin and 5-6 weeks on the hairs.
