The Fomos Foster 12 L autoclave is a professional device suitable for any beauty salon, nail salon, or other facility where maintaining the sterility of tools used during procedures is essential . Sterilization with the highest medical-grade Class B autoclave ensures full effectiveness and safety of the process , facilitating the maintenance of high hygiene standards in the salon. The device is designed for sterilizing both medical and non-medical instruments, packaged and unpackaged, porous, solid, and those with cavities and channels. The device should only be operated by qualified personnel with knowledge and appropriate training in the use of this type of equipment. 

Improvements to increase functionality

The device is equipped with a control panel with an LED display , allowing for the selection of appropriate programs and parameters, as well as ongoing monitoring of the process. A built-in thermal printer allows for printout confirmation of the sterilization process, including information such as the date and time of the cycle, temperature changes, and pressure. Additionally, a USB port allows for digital storage of sterilization results. Built-in distilled and waste water tanks significantly streamline operation. A self-diagnosis system alerts users to errors by displaying appropriate messages, such as door seal failures or sensor damage, reducing the risk of equipment damage .

Available sterilization and testing programs

The autoclave is pre-programmed with five sterilization programs and two test programs , allowing for the performance of vacuum tests (Vacuum Test) and B&D-Helix. This allows for the selection of parameters to suit individual needs and the prepared batch, while maintaining complete process safety . Sterilization and drying times can also be adjusted , making it easier to tailor the cycle to the type of instrument and package specifications.
