ÉLAN Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5% – oxidizing emulsion 30 ml

The oxidizing emulsion has been specially developed to be mixed with the following cosmetic products from the ÉLAN professional line:

Mix the 3.5% TM ÉLAN professional line oxidizing emulsion with charcoal or ultramarine eyebrow lightening powder in a ratio of 2:1 (two parts oxidizing emulsion and one part powder).

First, apply the bleaching mixture to the thicker hairs, then spread it over the entire surface of the eyebrows with a brush.

Depending on the desired result and the thickness of the hairs, leave the mixture on the eyebrows for 3-15 minutes.

After achieving the desired result, remove the bleaching mixture with a cotton swab moistened with water.

If you want to achieve an even lighter shade, repeat the procedure.

To complete the chemical reaction, apply ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE to the eyebrows and remove the foam with a damp cotton pad.

To consolidate the effect, apply the “COLOUR FIX” fixing fluid, which contains keratin and sunflower oil, to the eyebrow hairs.

If necessary, tint or darken the eyebrows.

Important: after bleaching the eyebrow hairs, it is not recommended to perform the standard eyebrow dyeing procedure. If you use eyebrow dye and oxidant in a 1:1 ratio, the eyebrow hairs will turn black.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, out of reach of children, at a temperature of +5 °C to +25 °C. Avoid direct sunlight.
