The first step of the ÉLAN LASH CurlUP 2.0 system is a solution intended for use in the first part of the eyelash lamination procedure. The product softens the hair cuticle, thereby lifting the cuticle scales and facilitating the penetration of active ingredients into the eyelashes. This is followed by treatment with the ÉLAN LASH CurlUP 2nd step solution.
