The device is only compatible with MissMito attachment/cartridges. The attachment/cartridge has plastic needles that stimulate the skin and help to work serums deeper into the skin. With these hypoallergenic plastic needles, there is no classic perforation of the skin as with metal needles, but it is still very powerful. The process that occurs in the skin using plastic needles is very similar to the microneedling process with classic needles, but without perforation. The plastic sterilely packaged microneedles have 37 tips with a length of 0.5 mm. The same type of cartridge is used for microneedling and BB Glow.

You will appreciate the MissMito device if you cannot work with a classic dermaper and needles as a professional, the attachments are plastic and the MissMito dermaper has CE certification (as a massage tool, hygiene stations have no problem placing the tool on the operating regulations).
