ACTIV System Dermo - Roller
Dermo - Roller is a professional device for microneedle mesotherapy, which is one of the alternatives to laser and plastic surgery, as well as deep chemical peels. It is an innovative way of regenerating and rebuilding the skin. Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with thin, titanium micro-needles with a length of 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm, which make nearly 250,000 micro-punctures on the skin within 5 minutes. Due to the fact that they are made of titanium and not surgical steel, they are extremely thin like a human hair and therefore they actually stick into the skin. The precision of titanium needles guarantees safety and comfort during the procedure. The head of each roller is equipped with 192 TITANIUM needles.

Derma Roller creates microscopic channels in the skin, the so-called micro-damage, increasing the production of collagen and elastin, which makes the skin age slower. Thanks to the microperforation of the outer layers of the skin, active ingredients reach much deeper than during daily application of cosmetics. After applying active substances to the skin, only from .03% to 3% of the substance is transported to the skin. After using a derma roller, active substances are absorbed 3000% more. The stimulation of the skin is gentle, thanks to which the skin reproductive cells and blood vessels remain undamaged.
Please note that each roller should be sterilely closed so that each client can see before the procedure that the roller used to perform the procedure has not been used by anyone. The roller must be in its original packaging.

Any, even the smallest, damage to the epidermis activates self-renewal processes in the skin. With age, the skin's ability to self-renewal weakens, which can be seen, for example, in wounds that heal more slowly. Systematic microperforation of the epidermis is a safe form of skin stimulation, stimulating its regeneration and, as a result, increasing skin density.
After the first treatment, your skin will be tighter and stronger. After intensive therapy, you can achieve firmer and younger skin. The effect is fully visible after 24 hours. The number of treatments that need to be performed for maximum effect depends on the individual skin condition.


The procedures should be performed after anesthesia with Emla ointment, according to the customer's feelings. You should take into account the possibility of droplet bleeding on the skin surface and the formation of scabs. After each treatment, the roller should be washed under running water and disinfected, and before the treatment, the roller should be disinfected, e.g. using AHD. The procedure can be performed in physiological saline.
