What is it for?

The Face Active based on Azelaic Acid derivative counteracts skin imperfections due to excessive production of sebum and the presence of impurities on the skin surface. The derivative of Azelaic Acid is not as irritating as the common Azelaic Acid, an indispensable characteristic for oily and acne skin, already highly sensitive and reactive against irritating agents. The purifying action that distinguishes it helps to reduce the presence of comedones, acne, rashes and sebum, improving the texture and color of the skin.

For which skin types?

The Face Active based on Azelaic Acid is indicated for mixed, oily and impure skin, which has imperfections and excess sebum. Azelaic Acid is not a photosensitizing acid and can be applied all year round (in summer evening application is preferred). However, it is highly recommended to use an SPF protection factor after application.

How to use?
Use the active after cleansing and drying the skin.
Apply a light layer on the skin surface, paying attention to the delicate areas such as the eye contour and the lip contour.
Leave on for about 10-20 minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Apply a face cream with a moisturizing or soothing action.
Keep out of the reach of children.
External use only.
Functional ingredients and properties

AZELAIC ACID derivative 6.5%: acid characterized by a purifying function indicated for the treatment of oily and acne skin, as it helps to purify the impurities present on the skin surface and in the pores of the skin. The derivative of Azelaic Acid used in the formulation has the same purifying and soothing properties of Azelaic Acid, but is characterized by a greater emollient property, suitable for treating even the most sensitive skin.
SORBITOL: sugar contained in numerous fruits such as apples, pears and cherries, plays an intense wetting function to prevent skin dryness.
