Wham Plum Base 556 by Slowianka Nail Trends is a neon-pastel hybrid base in an intense, plum-lavender shade. Thanks to 90% pigmentation, it acts as a base and color at the same time, which allows you to shorten the time of styling and skip the stage of applying the varnish. The base belongs to the Pastel Muffin Base collection, the shades of which are matched to the collection of varnishes of the same name, creating a coherent and fashionable nail styling. The color equivalent of 556 Wham Plum Base is 87 Tock Shock varnish. 

  • The product is distinguished by its creamy, medium-thick consistency and perfectly developed thixotropy, which makes it spread evenly, does not run or flood the cuticles, allowing for precise application. 

  • Thanks to its low viscosity, the base easily detaches from the brush and smoothly lays on the nail plate, and the brush itself moves lightly and smoothly. 

  • The air-free formula minimizes the risk of bubbles, which has a positive effect on the aesthetics and durability of the styling, ensuring comfort of work and customer satisfaction. 

  • Pigmentation at the level of 90% guarantees excellent coverage 

  • Thanks to the appropriate degree of hardness, the base strengthens the natural nail plate and protects it from bending. Even with large temperature fluctuations, it retains flexibility and absorbs impacts. 

  • High adhesion to the nail plate effectively reduces the risk of lifting and air pockets - also for clients with difficult nails or the problem of excessive hand sweating. The base can be used alone or as a base for colors from the Pastel Muffin collection - it creates harmonious combinations with them. 

  • When building a nail, it is recommended to apply a layer no thicker than 0.5 mm. If necessary, you can add another layer after curing. Curing time: 90 seconds, 

  • We recommend covering the base with the Pro White top coat,  

  • Do not expose the base to prolonged sunlight, as this may dull the intensity of the neon shade. 

  • The styling process begins with the proper preparation of the natural nail plate. Gently matt the surface using the Mini Polisher 120/180 or the Polisher 240/240 from Slowianka Nail Trends, and then thoroughly remove any dust. 

  • The next step is to prepare the cuticles - gently lift them with a wooden stick, remove their excess using C-2 nippers or N-4 scissors, and dissolve the remaining cuticles using Speedy Remover.  

  • Then, prepare the free edge of the nail with a 240/240 file, and thoroughly degrease the entire plate using a dust-free cotton pad soaked in cleaner. 

  • The first layer is a rub-in from the Clear Strong or Rubber Base, which we spread on the plate and cure for 30 seconds in a lamp.  

  • After it has cured, apply a thin layer of the base, leading it close to the cuticles, and cure for 90 seconds. 

  • In the next stage, we build the shape of the nail – we apply the product right up to the cuticles and cure it again for 90 seconds. After curing, we apply the top coat and cure it according to the instructions. Finally, we apply cuticle oil or Silk Repair Serum from Slowianka Nail Trends.
