Trendy Unicorn Base by Slowianka Nail Trends is a pastel-lavender hybrid base with the effect of small, opalescent flakes. Thanks to its delicate color and subtle shine, it creates magical styles without the need to use varnish. The collection also includes Trendy Unicorn Gel in an identical shade - together they create a perfectly matched duo for hybrid and gel styles.

Low viscosity makes the base easily separate from the brush, and the brush itself is easy and efficient - without noticeable resistance.

The formula prevents air pockets during work, which improves the appearance and durability of the styling, and also allows you to shorten the execution time - which translates into efficiency in the salon.

Pigmentation at the level of 70–80% ensures excellent coverage of the free edge, while maintaining delicate transparency at the base – ideal for the Ombre and Princess nails effect.

The curing time is from 30 to 60 seconds - depending on the power and quality of the lamp and the position of the hand in the device.
Preparing the natural nail plate takes place in several stages:

We start by gently mattifying the nail surface using the Mini Polisher 120/180 or Polisher 240/240 from Slowianka Nail Trends, then thoroughly remove dust from the plate with a Penguin brush.

We lift the cuticles with a hoof or a wooden stick, remove their excess with C-5 nippers or N-4 scissors from Slowianka Nail Trends, and eliminate the epithelium with an appropriate preparation.

We prepare the free edge of the nail with a 180/240 file, remove dust and wipe the nail with a dust-free cotton pad soaked in cleaner to thoroughly degrease.

We apply a small amount of Ultra Bond from Slowianka Nail Trends, which improves the adhesion of the product to the natural plate. Leave to evaporate for 1-2 minutes.

We make a rub-in with a thin layer of base and cure it in the lamp for 30 seconds.

In the case of nails requiring a build-up, first apply a thin slip layer, and then – wet – apply a larger amount of the product, creating the correct C curve (max. thickness 1 mm). Cure for 30–60 seconds.

If necessary, repeat the procedure, building another layer.

We apply the top coat and cure in the lamp according to the instructions. Finally, we care for the cuticles with a selected serum or oil.

If there are any irregularities on the nail surface, we wipe the dispersion layer, mattify the nails with a 240/240 Polisher, smooth them with a 180/240 File, remove dust and apply the top coat. After curing, we moisturize the cuticles.
