The Force XL is the latest version of the Stigma Rotary® cordless tattoo machine and features a forward-facing 40 mm handle. The addition of this XL handle makes the rotary machine easier to hold during long tattooing sessions and assists the artist in applying pressure to the skin.

The result of countless hours of engineering, development, and testing is the Stigma Rotary® Force XL, a remarkable cordless pen-style tattoo machine featuring a state-of-the-art and unique dual-drive system. The Stigma® Force XL utilizes a custom-designed, German-made, dual-shaft brushless motor from Faulhaber to precisely and powerfully drive the needle modules, generating superior tattooing force.

The Stigma Rotary® Force XL wireless pen also uses a dual-cam mechanism for isometric operation and greater robustness, providing many hours of uninterrupted use every day while being maintenance-free.

This cordless pen machine is powered by a detachable, high-end power pack featuring an integrated display and controls, as well as a USB-C port for charging and pass-through charging. The power pack allows you to adjust parameters such as voltage, motion control, and the new digital Give & Boost function, which lets you set your machine to three different levels of softer or harder pressure. You can also find voltage presets that can be switched between quickly and easily. A single charge provides approximately 6 hours of use, and up to 10 hours of continuous use, depending on the needle cartridge type and voltage used.

With the new digital Give & Boost function, the motor of the Stigma Rotary® Force XL runs continuously by default, so the tattooing speed is not affected by skin resistance. Activating Give allows the rotary machine to respond to skin resistance and become softer. Tattoo artists can choose from three levels of give to adjust the sensitivity and softness to their liking. Conversely, activating Boost allows the Stigma® Force XL to run without reducing tattooing speed, but it responds to skin resistance, becoming faster and applying more pressure in difficult areas for optimal results.

Thanks to the Motion Control function, you can quickly and easily adjust the voltage of the Stigma Rotary® Force XL simply by rotating the machine. To activate Motion Control, press and hold the power switch while the motor is running, and then adjust the voltage by repositioning the machine. When the front (needles) of the machine is facing upwards, the voltage is at its highest, 11 volts. When the front is facing downwards, the voltage drops to 4 volts. You can adjust it anywhere in between by stopping the rotation where it feels right to you, and the voltage is displayed on the power pack to give you an accurate reading during the adjustment process.

The Stigma Rotary® Force XL Power Pack is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing you to pair the wireless Rotary with the Stigma® Pilot foot switch or its mobile app to unlock even more features.

There is a version of the Stigma-Rotary® Force available that does not include a Power Pack, but features an RCA connector (also included in the complete wireless kit), allowing you to use the Force with a standard RCA cable and power adapter. You can upgrade later by purchasing the Power Pack (sold separately) .

Thanks to its ergonomic design, the cordless Stigma® Force XL is one of the most comfortable tattoo machines available and can be easily wrapped and covered for hygiene. The cordless Force XL pen offers minimal vibration and noise and features an anti-roll design to prevent it from rolling off your work surface!

The Stigma Rotary® Force XL is compatible with modules from all major brands thanks to its interchangeable needle module holders.

The Stigma Rotary® Force XL is available in three versions with one of three stroke lengths: 2.8, 3.7, or 4.5 mm. The 2.8 mm stroke is perfect for shading, the 3.7 mm version is a powerful all-rounder, and the 4.5 mm variant is ideal for lining and color packing. The Stigma Rotary® Force XL is compatible with all standard USB-A to USB-C cables. Please note that a USB charging cable is not included with this purchase.
