TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relations between MoonLightBeauty s.r.o., Company ID: 22246193, with its registered office in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
2. Order and conclusion of the contract
The purchase contract is formed upon confirmation of the order by the seller.
3. Prices and payments
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Payment is possible by bank transfer, online card or other payment methods listed on the website.
4. Delivery of goods
The goods are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.
Delivery is carried out by contracted carriers.
5. Withdrawal from the contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
6. Complaints
Complaints are governed by the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic.
