Complaints and Resolutions Regarding Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.

How to file a complaint:

Please provide the order number and a description of the defect.

Attach a photo of the damage (if possible).

After reaching an agreement, send the claimed product to the following address:

Complaint Review Period

The complaint will be reviewed no later than 30 days from the date it was submitted.

How to file a complaint

In the event of a justified complaint, the customer has the right to:

- repair of the product
- exchange of the product
- a reasonable discount
- a refund
