Top Coat No Wipe Sugar Silk is a gel polish top coat with multicoloured, opalescent particles that shimmer in different colours and create a holo effect. Depending on the light, they reveal reflections of pink, gold, orange, green and blue. The effect remains subtle on light bases and becomes more contrasting and multidimensional on dark colours.
